Swimming Pool

A large 30x15 feet pool with side spa. The pool has a South-West aspect which means it gets the sun from mid morning till sunset. There is a covered lanai which has a gas BBQ, pool box with toys, table and chairs as well as pool lounger chairs.

Lounge / Great Room

There are 2 lounge areas and 2 dining areas. The TV lounge has a large sofa, 50" TV with DVD player and a DVD library. The quiet lounge has three black leather sofas, and an ipod player. The dining areas seat 10 on a large rectangular table, and 6 on a smaller rectangular table.

The house benefits from 6 bathrooms.

Bedroom1

The master suite has an imposing 4-poster king size bed. There is a walk-in dressing area. The bathroom has an ensuite bath and shower as well as a separate toilet.

Bedroom 2

You will find a solid wooden king size bed. There is a private ensuite with toilet and shower. There is a LCD flat screen tv connected to cable services.

Bedroom 3

A twin bedded room with private ensuite bathroom. You will also find a flat screen tv with built in DVD player.

Bedroom 4

A twin bedded room with shared ensuite facilities. The ensuite is shared with bedroom 6. The room also benefits from having a flat screen tv.

Bedroom 5

You will find a queen size bed with a private ensuite.

Bedroom 6

A room kitted with a bunk bed, the upper bed being a single and the lower bed converts from a sofa chair into a double bed. The room is ideal for children as they will enjoy the Playstaion 3, TV and DVD player. The room has ensuite facilities which will be shared with bedroom 4.

Games Room

A large games room with ceiling fan houses a slate bed 7 feet pool table and a table tennis table. You will be able to relax in two rocker seats and listen to your ipods on the provided ipod player.
