Intro

Our aim is to make your stay at our home in Florida as carefree and enjoyable as possible If you have never stayed in a vacation rental home before - you will be surprised just now much freedom you will have – instead of sharing one cramped hotel room approx. 15 ft. sq. room with the children – you can experience the freedom of just over 2100 sq. ft. of unashamed luxury - equipped with everything with everything you need for a luxury vacation/holiday. Our home has been specifically designed with all the comforts of a traditional home and equipped with many extras to ensure your stay in Florida is beyond your wildest expectations. The villa has its own heated screened pool, is situated in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee, an already established community (no noise or dust from construction work) – being only 16 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes from Disney’s main gate makes it an ideal place to spend your vacation/holiday. Situated just a couple of turning from the extended Osceola Parkway which for people who (like me) have no sense of direction is great as it leads straight to Disney’s front door, the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and 192 roads are all close by – giving a springboard to explore the area.

Intro

The pool and Patio area – are very private – NOT being overlooked by neighbours on either side – something that is becoming increasingly RARE these days in Florida. The pool (which can be heated) faces due south facing and screened for your comfort, the screen keeps the insects out, but allows the sun through. From the moment you wake until the end of the day the sun shines on this idyllic spot, overlooking a conservation area, giving you complete privacy. Lanai/patio area – is furnished with deep cushioned reclining sun loungers, plus patio furniture for “al fresco” dining. Why not step into the HOT TUB – sit back relax and let the bubbles work their magic! 2 separate family/lounge rooms with a separate dining room The first of the family/lounge rooms have 2 large comfy sofas – in which you can sit, relax, watch TV or DVD…. The 2nd family/lounge also has 2 large comfy sofas, but with a CD music system, a large section of music (some you may even like!) with a book selection for those quieter moment. A separate formal dining – if you are celebrating a special occasion – why not order in!

Lounge / Great Room

At Mingo Mansion we are fortunate to have 2 family/lounge rooms - with a sofa and loveseat in both of the rooms - so there is plenty of seating for everyone - the front room has the TV which has over 300 channels - so there should be something for everyone - including Fox sports which shows UK football ! plus loads of music channels - the 2nd lounge/family room overlooks the pool and has books and a CD music system with plenty of music supplied (some you may even like!)

Kitchen

If you are not dining out – then the fully equipped kitchen as everything you need to whip up that culinary delight… even down to an apron and rolling pin! With lots of pots and pans there is more than enough crockery, cutlery and glassware (plastic is provided for use around the pool). A ceramic/glass top cooker, electric oven, over the range microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer, electric kettle, crock-pot (available for you – that’s – if you really have to cook!) otherwise there are plenty of fast food places, or take-away to alleviate that chore. There is a large table and chairs for breakfast

Master Suite

The master suite is huge - with a sumptious superbly comfortable romantic 4 poster bed - LCD flatscreen clock radio - large closet (for all those clothes you are sure to buy!) with its own en-suite facilities - large double patio doors open onto the pool deck.

Games Room

Part of the garage has been utilised as a games room (about one third ) where there is foosball, air hockey and electronic darts – to keep everyone occupied –there is still enough room to park 1 vehicle. There are plenty of toys, games, board games, puzzles, books and cuddly toys for both adults and children.

Baby Facilities

Full size cot/crib, high chair, bed guards plus other baby items are available all at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The Loop - Florida's newest shopper/dining experience is just 7 mins. by car - here you will find all sorts of shops plus many varied types of restaurants that will cater for almost every taste, plus a 16 screen cinema - just opposite is an Olive Garden and for breakfast pop into Perkins.
