OUR STUNNING EXTRA LARGE AND TOTALLY SECLUDED POOL Have you dreamed about having your own beautiful swimming pool? Well, while you stay at Tropical Dream Villa you will have the use of a simply stunning pool, with no other pools to overlook you. Not only do we not have any pool enclosures on any side, but our stunning pool area is totally fenced and tropically landscaped to provide the ultimate in seclusion – our pool deck offers absolute privacy and peace. You will be glad you chose a villa without the noise and disruption which can occur when surrounded by pool enclosures on all sides, often less than 6 feet away! If you want to swim, then go ahead, it's all yours – there is nobody to overlook you – promise! If you simply want to soak up the sunshine there is no-one to stop you - and nobody to take your lounger if you leave it for a moment! Or maybe you would like to relax in the shade with a good book - choose something from our extensive library, pour a glass of cool Florida orange juice, pull up a lounger and read away. But we know you will find it hard to keep out of our fabulous extra large, 30 x 15 pool. And even harder to leave it behind! It is amongst the largest you can find. Fully enclosed to keep the bugs out, but allowing the sunshine in, the pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. Specially designed for us to provide enough room for a proper swim, it can be accessed by mosaic tiled steps. The large, sunny extended pool deck is furnished with luxury padded pool furniture, comprising table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation We even provide an ample supply of pool towels for your use at the villa, as well as pool inflatables to keep the children happy. And at night your pool turns into an enchanting place, floodlit from below, you won't be able to resist its delights. The heat of the day is gone, there is a warm breeze to caress you, and the water is beckoning you. As you float, gaze up to the velvety black sky and watch the twinkling stars. The children are asleep or happily occupied with the latest film or a favourite game, and you can sit with a glass of wine and re-visit the day, share memories, and plan for tomorrow. There is nothing quite so wonderful as coming back from the parks to find your own private pool waiting for you. Step down the mosaic steps, and slip into its shimmering turquoise water, lie back, look up to the endless blue sky and wonder at its beauty. You may even see huge dragonflies, swooping hawks, or other tropical birds. Bliss! OUR HUGE SHADY LANAI Our extra large and shady Lanai provides the perfect place to cool down or eat al fresco. Importantly when you have children, they can play out of the reach of the dangerous midday rays. If the noonday sun gets a little too hot, then take a break in the shade. And even if there is a short tropical shower, you can still enjoy the fresh air in comfort. Breakfast on the pool deck - fresh chilled Florida orange juice, mouthwatering melon or strawberries, and the sun rising over the sparkling crystal clear water of the pool, how could you resist? Even a take-away pizza tastes better eaten 'al fresco'. Delivered fresh to your door by our local Papa John's, all you have to do is chill the wine, carry out the glasses, and take a long cool drink. Imagine yourself, glass of wine in hand, children happily playing in the pool, watching a glorious Floridian sunset. Magic! Lounge / Great Room

THE CONTEMPORARY GREAT ROOM The soaring Cathedral ceiling of the GREAT ROOM, with its elegant NEW furniture, plus NEW ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE, adds to the sense of cool spaciousness. LOUNGE This large, open-plan LIVING AREA provides a spacious and comfortable LOUNGE, where you can relax after a busy day at the parks, or shopping. With its new and contemporary sofa and love seat, plus new designer tables and lamps, it provides the ultimate in comfort. Tall lamps cast a warming glow, and it is elegantly welcoming. For your entertainment we have recently installed a new wide screen 37” LCD HD ready TV, which is complemented by a superb SONY Surround Sound Home Theatre System. Now you can sink down into the deep comfortable cushions of the sofas and relax with true Cinema sound – without even stepping outside the door. This fantastic sound system will wow you. Choose from one of the many DVDs available, or maybe play one of our music CDs from our extensive collection. Whatever you choose, you will soon feel perfectly relaxed and ready to plan tomorrow's adventures. If you enjoy a good read, or like to spend quality time as a family, there is a large library of books, for adults and children, as well as a range of family games, and puzzles. There are music CDs, plus a range of movies on DVD. Just imagine yourselves sinking down into the deep, comfortable cushions of the sofas as you watch

Kitchen

OUR COMPREHENSIVELY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH BREAKFAST NOOK~ At the heart of every home, the large fully equipped kitchen, airy, sunny, has another separate eating area, THE NOOK. Equipped with every modern appliance to make your life easy - large American sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waste disposal unit etc. - you will want for nothing. Plenty of china, glassware and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils and saucepans, can be found in the numerous cupboards. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or make a simple snack, you will find everything you need. BREAKFAST NOOK What better place to start your day than here in this sunny area, which seats 4? Perhaps have a quiet early morning dip whilst the rest of the family are still dreaming, then sit back and enjoy your breakfast as the sun streams in - fresh Florida orange juice, delicious melon and pineapple or strawberries? Don't you wish you were there now? SEPARATE UTILITY AREA And if you really want to do the washing on holiday, the separate utility area holds a large American style washing machine with separate tumble dryer, as well as iron and ironing board,washing baskets and clother airers.

Master Suite

OUR ROMANTIC AND EXQUISITE SAPPHIRE BEACH MASTER SUITE One of our favourite islands, St Thomas in the Virgin Isles, was the inspiration for our romantic Master Suite. Open the double doors to the huge and airy twin aspect Sapphire Beach Master Suite, complete with soaring Cathedral ceiling, and romantic UK King Size four poster bed. Of course there is Cable TV, with DVD, plus telephone, and a Sony clock radio. Elegant 'touch' lamps cast a romantic glow over the room - simply reach out and simple touch allows you to adjust the ambience to your preference. A vast walk-in closet will give you ample space for all your belongings - new and old - and a surfeit of hangers will ensure you have enough to hang everything up - even after you have been shopping. The delicate drapes of the windows complement the exquisitely embroidered bedding on the luxurious 4 poster bed. With all the space our beautiful villa has to offer you will love the feeling of privacy and calm that our Sapphire Beach Master Suite engenders. Imagine drifting off to sleep amid the tropical blues and greens. Close your eyes and you can almost hear the waves lapping on that pristine beach. Just relax and feel all your cares fade away. You will awake refreshed and ready to 'hit' the parks, or maybe the shopping malls.

En-Suite

MASTER EN-SUITE Leading off the bedroom you will find yourself in the extra large, beautiful and luxurious en-suite, with a Roman bath big enough for two! There is a spacious walk-in shower, vanitory unit with twin basins, mirrors, and Hollywood style lights over. It will make you feel a million dollars. With plenty of storage for all your toiletries, an abundance of large towels, including bath sheets, and fluffy bathrobes for use during your stay, its nautical theme complements the stunning Master bedroom. Turn down the lights, turn on the taps, drizzle in some bubble bath, and sink your weary body into the warm water. Lie back and dream of what delights tomorrow will bring....

Bedroom1

OUR FANTASTIC AND UNIQUE DISNEY TWIN BEDROOM Peep through the door of our stunning new MICKEY AND MINNIE BEDROOM and you will see why it is one of our most popular rooms in our villa! With its unique decor it will delight both boys and girls, as well as the young at heart! The only problem will be deciding who will have which bed! With its Disney pictures colourful drapes and a Mickey Mouse cable TV with DVD Player, your children will love it. Mickey and Minnie are waiting to greet them on the comfortable twin beds, and on the bedside cabinet is a Mickey Mouse alarm clock and radio, just in case the children need waking up in the morning! Pull open the doors of the double closet and you will find an veritable treasure trove of carefully chosen toys, games, puzzles and story tapes, all designed to keep the children amused, whilst YOU sit and relax in comfort. It's truly an Aladdin's cave of magic. When it's time for bed just browse though the library of books for the children, which includes many of the Disney classics, and some old favourites too. Watch them snuggle down in bed, and tell them a magical Disney tale as they drift off to sleep, after a wonderful day at the parks. You will feel good knowing that you have given them a holiday to remember. And when it's time to turn the lights out, after an exhausting but exciting day, the bedside lamp will dim to 3 different levels to provide a comforting glow as the children drift off to sleep........ It's the stuff dreams are made of, and Tropical Dream Villa aims to make your dreams come true....

Bedroom 2

FABULOUS PRINCESS ROOM It is every little girl's dream to be a Princess, and here at Tropical Dream Villa we can make those dreams come true. Where else would they find a bedroom waiting which will transport them to a magical world of Cinderella, Belle and Snow White? If your little princesses want to sleep soundly in beds befitting their regal status then our stunning Princess Room will fulfill all their wishes. From the princess sheets to the beautiful bedspreads, from the Princess lamps to the fluffy pink heart shaped cushions, they will simply feel at home in their royal surroundings. Even the drapes have tiny gold crowns to reflect their noble status. And should your little princess wish to relax she can watch the cable TV, play a DVD, or play on the Sony Playstation 2, while she leans back against the fluffy heart-shaped cushions on her royal bed. Her favourite Disney Princesses, Belle, Snow White and Cinderella will beam down on them from pictures above their beds. It is the stuff that every little girl's dreams are made of - make your little girl's dreams come true.......

Bedroom 3

THE ANTIGUA ROOM - DOUBLE BEDROOM Our second Double Bedroom was inspired by one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, Antigua. You can't help but feel the tropical atmosphere. With its full entertainment centre, comprising large cable TV, DVD player, CD player, plus plenty of books and games, it provides the ideal place to rest and relax after a hectic day. This spacious and wonderfully sunny room, which overlooks the front garden, has a comfortable double bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, and large double closet, with plenty of space for all your belongings. Imagine yourself relaxing in our stunning Antigua bedroom, with its lilac shades reflecting the tropical blossoms that abound on this island - it is a peaceful and calm retreat at the end of a busy day.
