Eagle Pointe estate in Florida is well positioned for the Florida attractions being only 8 miles from the Disney parks although sat in your villa in Eagle Pointe you would not think that you were that close to one of the largest attractions in the world! An hour away will give you the coast with the wonderful Cocoa Beach and NASA as well as the wonderful Busch Gardens.
As Eagle Point has a great central location this means that much of your travel is likely to be along the 192 which is one of the most famous roads in Florida, not so much for the great scenery but for the fact that it goes to all the places you are likely to want to go to. As Eagle Pointe is not one of the massive estates there is still the need to locate supermarkets and other practical shops, and the 192 is the place to find these, this works really well for those travelling a it is simple to pop into a supermarket in the US with the large car parks and space and not anywhere as stressful as supermarket shopping in the UK.
Eagle Pointe is a popular estate and as such this means that villas are sometimes a little hard to get access to and so if you like a villa in Eagle Pointe it is worth acting fast!
