Orlando Villa Overview
Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath villa is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, which is just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is set on the edge of a beautiful, tranquil lake where you can relax and watch the wildlife or maybe you would like to try a spot of fishing.
Our immaculate fully air-conditioned villa is situated on an "up-market" development just off Highway 192, a major thoroughfare packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions.
Although the villa is close to all the amenities and only ten minutes from Disney World, it is situated in a quiet area with around half the properties owned by US citizens and the majority of the others by UK homeowners. You can enjoy complete privacy as you will not be overlooked at the rear by any other villas. And as it is close to all the Disney attractions it enables you to go back to the villa to relax, enjoy a leisurely swim and a meal before returning to the parks in the evening to watch the magical displays of fireworks.
Our villa sleeps 6/8 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned with a heated pool and covered lanai, and if the heat gets too much for you, you can relax in the shade of the alcove under the cooling ceiling fan. It is close to all the major attractions and there are also many restaurants, shops and golf courses nearby including a large 24 hour Wal-Mart just a few minutes drive from our villa.
Swimming Pool
The South facing pool has a covered lanai, includes poolside furniture and overlooks a beautiful private lake and woodland area where you can relax and watch the wildlife. The pool can be heated as an option. See rates page.

Lounge / Great Room
At the front of the villa is a lovely, tastefully decorated formal dining room with elegant widow drapes, large sofa bed, matching armchair, glass coffee table, lamp stand and glass dining table seating 6 people should you decide to dine in occasionally. It is also a great place to just sit and relax with a book and a coffee.
Family Room - Our beautiful, spacious family room is tastefully furnished and has window drapes and valances. It also has a three and two seater settee, lamp stand, stereo with cd and cassette player, dvd/video player with selection of dvd's and videos and cable tv. We also have internet access for those who bring their own laptops. This is where you can unwind and chill out after a hectic day at the parks. There is also a lovely view of the pool and lake through the patio doors in the family room.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, everything to make it your home from home. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs in the breakfast nook. Leading off the Kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen overlooks the family room.
Master Suite
The master bedroom with King size bed comes with en-suite facilities, including corner bath, walk in shower and seperate toilet and twin vanities. It also includes a walk-in-closet, two nightstands with lamps, clock radio, dresser, ceiling fan and cable tv. There is a lovely view of the pool and the lake through the patio doors giving access to the pool.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and has colourful window valances. It has a brand new Queen size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and has cable tv, the Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the Third (twin) bedroom.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is bright and airy and has co-ordinated window valances and comes with twin single beds, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and shares the bathroom with the Queen Bedroom. Views of the pool and conserveation can been seen from this room.

Angie & Davy had an excellent Christmas and New Year in Florida and not looking forward to leaving the villa on the 6th. We really appreciated the hamper and goodies in the fridge and the Christmas decorations were a nice surprise. The villa was a perfect place to relax after a long day. The weather was also a pleasant change from the weather back home. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We have all had a fabulous holiday in your wonderful villa. It was absolutely superb with a real homely feel to it, which is great after our fun but exhausting days!! Villa is superbly set too for the parks and also gator spotting: we saw “Ali G” the gator, Oscar the otter, turtle, eagle and some cranes. We couldn’t have asked for more. We all loved the villa. Pool was fab (thanks Angie & Davy). Weather was really good, did have a few cloudy days. Parks were great as usual. Harry Potter ride is really good. Yes there is a gator in the pond, seen it a few times. Best place for steaks is the Black Angus (other end of the 192 past Disney). Old Town, Kissimmee is a good night out (Saturday night is the busiest). Sad to be going home today 4th October. Thanks Angie & Davy again.

Thanks, your villa was great and really central for all the attractions. Who needs Animal Kingdom when you have a zoo on your doorstep. We had 1 alligator, 2 storks, 3 cats (across road), 4 frogs (own garden) and 5 puppies next door. Stephen claims to have seen an ant eater but think that was maybe after too many beers!! Had a fabulous holiday and will definitely come back!!
PS Kevin was well impressed having a PS2 in his room!

We had a wonderful time in this villa. It was the time of relaxation and fun. I enjoyed the pool outside in the back. We swim it to have fun and to practice our swimming skills. I also liked the Playstation 2 in our room. I wish I had a game system in my own room too! My brother and I are very fond of NBA 8K9. I can always compare this “home” to our real house. For example, the television, bedrooms and washing machine look alike. I can always rely on this house for “wet” times. For example, from Disney World we ran to our car soaking wet. Being wet wasn’t a great feeling. When we went home we all had a clean shower. Thank you!

What a wonderful, homely villa in a fantastic setting. With every kind of utensils you could think of. It was a pleasure to come “home” each night after long days at the parks. Actually got photos of Ali the gator sunning himself on the grassy bank. Watching all the wildlife was an added bonus. Watching the Saturday night “cruising” at Old Town was a hoot. The cars were unbelievable! Thanks Davy and Angie for all the special touches in this villa such as the outside radio and a set of sharp knives!! We have stayed in villas before in Kissimmee but yours has been the most enjoyable.
PS Harry Potter experience was wonderful. Ride inside the castle was amazing!
