Orlando Villa Overview
Our vacation home has 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, nook, kitchen, laundry room and a gamesroom. No expense has been spared in fitting out each room of the vacation home with tasteful and high quality furniture.
Our privately owned very large vacation home has been carpeted throughout the dry areas and tiled in the wet areas and has 4 bedrooms (and a queen size sofa bed in the living room) 2.5 bathrooms and a heated private pool which is not overlooked.
Sunny Asha Villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending an exciting and active day out at the parks and shopping malls of Orlando. We are located 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Sea World and Universal.
The vacation home has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the Master bedroom, Living room and Family room.
Swimming Pool
Our large South West facing pool has an extended decking area and a fence has been erected to ensure complete privacy at all times. The pool and deck area is furnished with 4 luxury padded sun loungers, a table and parasol and 4 luxury padded chairs. Pool toys and towels are provided. There is a child safety fence fitted and an alarm on the slider doors leaving to the pool and decking area for added security.
Kitchen
The large fully equipped kitchen meets the needs of a gourmet chef includes side by side fridge/freezer with filtered water and icemaker, large cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with full size washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Bedroom1
The master bedroom is one of the largest in Orlando and has a super king sized bed with quality high thread count bed linen, a love seat is provided for your comfort where you can relax in private. The room has a ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, access to the surround sound system. The ensuite bathroom has a "his" and "her" vanity sinks, a large bath tub and separate walk in shower cubicle and access to the dressing room large enough to be a bedroom.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a super king sized bed with a walk in closet and TV.
Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room complete with full size Pool Table, Air Hockey, and many other games, books and CD/DVD’s have been provided to keep all the family members occupied. There is also a Wi console available along with a PS11 in the twin bedroom for the children to play with.
Baby Facilities
A Cot/Crib, stroller and a High Chair are available for the little ones in your party.

We were lucky enough to choose this house for our 6 week summer holidays. A beautiful home with all the amenities and space you could ever want. A credit to Peter & Carol. Loved the pool and the location as we can cut directly across the 27 through to Champions Gate and the I4. Would DEFINITELY want to stay here again, loved everything. (Just a pity it’s booked for your next 6 week.)
