Orlando Villa Overview
Our villa is situated in the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, our luxury three bedroom villa is ideal for the perfect family holiday. A great location for visiting Disney World with all the major theme parks only a short drive away. The villa has a private swimming pool which is South West facing so you can enjoy the sun until sunset. We strive to ensure our villa is kept to the highest of standards with management and cleanliness throughout, the swimming pool is maintained twice weekly to keep it crystal clear.
Swimming Pool
Large 27`6 x 14` South West facing heated swimming pool which is fully screened to keep the insects at bay. The garden is on an elevated plot providing privacy with views across to the conservation area with a landscaped rear garden, outside table, chairs and sun loungers, outside shower. There is a child safety fence for use if required.
Lounge / Great Room
Two sofas one of which converts into a queen size sofa bed if required, sleeping an additional two people. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, cable television, DVD and video player, patio door to the pool area.
Free Wireless Internet Access & telephone with free local and international calls.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, sink with waste disposal, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, food blender and toaster.
Utility Room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and clothes airer's.
Master Suite
Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, large King sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table with mirror, cable television. En-Suite with bath, walk in shower, twin basin sinks, toilet and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
Twin Bedroom: Large bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3
Twin Bedroom: Large bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.

Games room complete with pool table, table football/ foose ball and electronic dart board, great for kids of all ages!
Baby Facilities
We provide a high chair and a travel cot for your use, Free of charge.
