This lovely fully air conditioned villa is located within the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the gated community at Highgate Park.Which is just off highway 27 fifteen minutes drive to Disney World and 20 minutes drive to Seaworld. Shops are just 5 minutes away.

Swimming Pool
The South facing pool is fully screened, the perfect place to chill-out and relax after a long tiring day at the parks!
If the sun gets to hot there is a large lanai with ceiling fan, great for the warm evenings. There is also an extended deck area with pool funiture and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months.
Master Suite
You can wake up in the morning in this spacious room, open the patio doors and go for a quick dip in the pool. Then take a shower in the large en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite has his and her hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV and radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 2
This again has a king size bed, cable TV, radio and lots of storage space. The family bathroom is just adjacent to the room.

Bedroom 4
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin rooms and share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. They both have lots of storage space and cable TV's.
Games Room
Hours of fun and entertainment can be had in the games room which has a pool table, air hockey and darts board. There are a selection of inflatables to use in the pool.

We had a marvellous time during our 2 weeks stay in Florida.
The weather was great and even the spectacular thunder storms some afternoons were a complete contrast to the West of Scotland rain. Everyone had a tarrific time at the Disney Parks and Kennedy Space Center. The pool and games room were super fun too. Having this lovey house as a base was a real pleasure and its location was ideal for our various excursions.
We had a wonderful time, many thanks and hope to see you soon.

We had a wonderful stay at your house. We had tons of fun and would come back anytime. It was nice to have a pool to swim in every day. The area was new to us but we enjoyed it. We would recommend this to our friends and family. The games room was an enjoyment to us also.
Over all it was a very nice vacation.
