This executive home is great value. For the price of a hotel room you can get the whole house and pool to yourself. The home is perfect to accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
The villa has fantastic family accommodation: there are two master bedrooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom, making this home perfect for two families to share on vacation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at this villa.
Villa is very spacious, clean and well kept. Facilities are great - your own private pool and spa meant the kids could swim late into the night whilst the adults relaxed; PS2 +games; CD/Radio/iPod docking station; Free Wi-Fi Hi-Speed Internet - what more could you ask for!!! Location of villa is great - only a short drive to the local town and convenient to some of the main theme park attractions, shopping outlets and Orlando airport.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday, and look forward to going back in the future

We enjoyed our vacation greatly and were pleased with the accommodations. We have rented houses for the past several years at various locations in Kissimmee and Davenport and feel we have a good grasp on quality rental houses. Given we had a last minute deal on the price we were very pleased with the property. It offered a lot of space with multiple washrooms. The layout was great. The outdoor washroom was a very nice convenience as we had kids who always had to get out of the pool to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. and overall well equipped. The north facing pool was not an issue as we liked the large amount of shade for our young children but the majority of the pool was still in the sun.

Rental Policy
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• No pets allowed
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Arrival Times
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $161 per week. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required.
