Orlando Villa Overview
Our home is a four bedroom two bathroom executive Villa , it is fully air-conditioned and is furnished in the floridian style, the Lounge or family room is spacious and comfortable with three sofas to seat eight people and to relax on after a hard day at the Theme parks .
We have cable Tv for your enjoyment to watch, there is a Hi-fi system to listen to or a DVD player to watch your favourite films , we have also installed Wireless Internet for the computer buff with their Laptop .All the other rooms have cable TV as well .
Swimming Pool
Our Private heatable Pool is South facing.
It is 27ft long by 17 ft wide at its widest point .
And is 6ft deep
Its situated to the rear of our home and is within a netted area
Has a childs paddle pool attached.
Our hot-Tub/Spa is for 4 persons to sit and enjoy.
There is ample Sun loungers , tables and chairs plus a few blow ups to enjoy the Florida Sun
Lounge / Great Room
Our Lounge is spacious and comfortable and is fully air-conditioned, we have two sofas and one love seat so eight people can watch our entertainment system , comprising a rear projection TV with over 200 channels to view , or you may listen to our hi-fi system for your favorite tunes, perhaps watch a DVD or two.
We have installed wireless Internet for the buisness people with their laptops , there are two side tables with matching coffee table , a standard lamp and a book case with a large variety of books for all ages to enjoy .
Patio doors lead from here into the large Pool and Patio area, a ceiling fan has also been fitted to aid in cooling.
Kitchen
Our Kitchen is fully equiped with all essential cutlery and crockery, there is a fridge freezer, a dishwasher , main oven with over head micro wave , Toaster, kettle , food mixer and coffee maker . There is seating for four people in the kitchen nook , also a telephone answering machine. Additional seating for six people in our dining area which has a large glass table with matching chairs and an over head light .
Our utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and board and a hoover.
Master Suite
In our master bedroom there is a queen size bed with matching furniture , cable Tv has been installed with an alarm clock and cordless Telephone, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, Patio doors lead from this room to the Pool and Patio area.
Master Suite
In our en-suite we have twin matching hand basins , a large corner bath and walk-in shower and a wc , there is also a walk-in wardrobe .
Bedroom1
In our second bedroom we have a queen size bed with matching furniture , cable TV/dvd player , built in wardrobe, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, this room looks out onto the pool area.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is the twin beded room with matching furniture , cable TV an alarm clock and built in wardrobe , a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, the room looks out onto the side of our home.
Bedroom 4
Our fourth bedroom is for the children it has a triple bunk bed with cable TV an alarm clock , a few toys , a full size cot/crib is also available and a small childs bed , there is a built in wardrobe in this room and it looks out to the side of our home.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is used by the other bedrooms it has a single hand basin with over head mirror a bath with over head shower and a wc
Games Room
Our garage has been turned into a games room for your enjoyment , with American Pool , Air-Hockey and Foosball Tables also available are Tennis rackets and balls for the free communial tennis courts for you to use.

Nearby Attractions
Only a short drive is a Walmart super store for all your shopping needs, which is on the vibrant highway 192 which full of shops , restaurants and fast food joints. Diner theme nights such as Medievil Times and the Pirates Diner Adventure. A 15 minute drive along the 192 will bring you to the Walt Disney theme parks ie:- The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Animal Kingdom , Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach water Park and Typhoon Lagoon. We are also close to all other theme parks such as Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica water park, Universal Studios, Wet and wild water park , Ripleys Beleive it or not.

In the local area we have the communial swimming Pool free for you to use also Tennis courts , nearby is a childs play area, there is fishing and hunting nearby and close to a few golf courses.
