Swimming Pool
The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as childrens patio furniture. Also located here you will find a BBQ for those meals by the pool.
Lounge / Great Room
The lounge has a 37" LCD HDTV 100 channel Cable TV, a VCR,DVD player, Hi-Fi, a two seater love seat, three seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, coffee tables with table lamps,3 bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool,these doors are alarmed so that small children cannot wander in to the pool area unsupervised,there is also a selection of books and videos and DVD`s available, for both adults and children.
Kitchen
The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need.
En-Suite
The en suite has huge walk in shower and walk in closet that is a big as some bedrooms and a hair dryer
Bedroom1
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, phone,75 channel 27 inch Cable TV, not a little portable TV,, bed side lamps, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and hair dryer.
Also located here is a computer work station with free high speed internet laptop and printer
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has two single beds, along with radio alarm clock, bed side lamps, ample closet space and ceiling fan, this bedrooms have 75 channel Cable TV, and a DVD player. This bedroom over looks the pool, and has night lights.

We had a brilliant time the kids already want to go back- our son wants to live there and train with the sea world "Whale trainers" I found the days full up and 12/14 hour days were typical. All that food and at such cheap prices kept us fuelled up. Any chance of putting on weight was eliminated by the amount of walking- I even had to buy some timberland hiking boots as my feet were so tender. We all flopped into bed and flaked out as our heads hit the pillows
We had the most fantastic holiday ever!!!!! the villa was in a great spot, really close to everything,and had everything that we wanted. We got lost comming out of the airport but it was easy to correct ourselves, and as you said the driving was really easy. We would go to the villa again, and I will pass on you details if that is ok, to others who ask about it. All in all a fantastic time and can't wait to go again - we've go the bug!
The villa was lovely and the management team very helpful I have been in travel for over 20 years and will recommend your villa to friends, family and customers and I hope to be in touch with soon. Will maybe have another week next year it was our 5th time but we still loveit !!!
We returned this morning from a fantastic holiday! The villa was wonderful; we met Fern and Chris on our arrival, and Fern rang just as we were leaving on our final day, so we waited to say goodbye. The photos of the villa don't do it justice - it was much bigger than we expected, (is it a tardis?)......I will be recommending it to all 200-odd members of our website!!!!!!! We will definately be visiting it again on our return (or would you like to sell it....I have 50p left after our holiday?) - although next time we will have to stay for three weeks, as we just couldn't fit enough in.
We found your home very comfortable and easy to find and easy to get into with your door entry system.Have stayed in villas where we had to pick-up keys miles away.Thanks and hope to stay with you again.
Thanks for making our first trip to the USA such a success. What a wonderful location your villa is in, perfect for theme parks, shopping, eating out, golf, in fact we had the best holiday ever and you can be sure we will be coming back again.
We got back this morning and I just wanted to let you know we had a super holiday. Thank you for all your help. Your driving directions and villa entry details were spot on and your management company were also a great help. After busy days at the Parks it was loveley to return to your beautiful villa and just chill out, we were amazed at just how peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks was. Rest assured we will be returning next year.
We had a fantastic vacation, your villa was everthing you said it was, it was a home from home.We felt very comfortable staying there and all the little touches such as the kids books videos and dvds were most appreciated. You definitely have a little jewel there and we will pass on your details to friends and family.

The location was fantastic, quiet and clean and the swing park well kept and Disney, 12 minutes from the MGM car park to the front door, PERFECT. Just a quick note to thank you for the use of your lovely holiday home. We all had a wonderful time. The management company were very helpful - the pilot light went out on the hot water system, they were round within half an hour, by the time we arrived home later that day, the water was ready for showers.

Non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week. Balance due 10 weeks before travel.
Security deposit of £100 required, refundable after our management company tells us all is well.
Weekly fees include all taxes and cleaning after each rental.

General
The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel.Our home is decorated to a high standard and has everthing available to make your stay, the holiday of a lifetime. It has a 2 car garage which also houses a washing machine and dryer. It is fully air conditioned with a private heated pool. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. Plus free use of our Tom Tom Sat Nav.
