The villa is ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining, where one space seems to blend seamlessly into another. The formal Dining area flows effortlessly into the Lounge Area, where you can sink into the sofas and relax or maybe read a book. Alternatively you may prefer to enjoy the Great Room with 42" Plasma Flat Screen TV, with up-graded cable channel package and Theatre Surround System, or maybe you would just prefer to gaze out of the French doors on the oversized Patio/Lanai Area overlooking the enticing pool.
You will never feel closed in while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped with top of the line Maytag appliances and electrical gadgets to prepare any exquisite cordon-blur meal. Just look past the counter tops and the Nook Area through the French doors onto the Patio/Lanai Area. You may prefer to go 'Alfresco' with cooking and eating poolside with a choice of gas or charcoal barbeque.

Swimming Pool
Fully screened, private heated pool. Separate free standing luxury hot tub with waterfall and 38 jets for complete relaxation. There is a large covered patio/lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. Sun loungers, patio set and gas barbeque for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al fresco are provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any insects.
Lounge / Great Room
Light and airy with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area with a three seater sofa, two seater love seat and rocker armchair, coffee tables and lamps, cable 42" plasma TV with theatre VCR/DVD/CD surround sound system and video/DVD library, HiFi, with direct access to the lanai/pool area through french doors.
Kitchen
The fully equipped centrally located gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience with full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener sandwich maker, waffle maker, food processor, electric grill and telephone. All crockery and cutlery provided sufficient to cater for 10 guests.
Master Suite
A luxury American king-sized bed and bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. TV/DVD, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. French doors open out onto the Lanai, pool area.
