This is why we furnished Whispering Palms ourselves, from the King size pillow top bed in the master suite, the Queen bed in the second master, very important comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, the soft fluffy towels to the humble teaspoons; everything inside and out we shopped for and everything was chosen with you the guest in mind and ourselves.

Spectacular golf courses abound & miles of dazzling white beaches & turquoise seas are approximately 10/15 minutes by car. Local restaurants are plentiful and offer a variety of cuisines, for the boating enthusiast you will be spoilt for choice and the fishing here is world renowned, so much so the worlds richest Tarpon competition is held off Gasparilla Island every year. There are both saltwater and fresh fishing opportunities,from the casual line thrown from the pier to the more lustrous deep sea charters chasing the mighty Tarpon, Kingfisher, Grouper, Snook, Bass Trout and Cobia are all here for the catching. Sailing, in fact Charlotte Harbour was voted by Sail Magazine as one of the “10 Greatest Places to sail”. For the Kayaking enthusiast you will find hundreds of miles of Blueway trails that start with the Peace and Myakka rivers and extend out to the Gulf of Mexico. You could try your hand at one of the newest hybrid sports, kayak geocaching, in which you hunt for hidden treasures while afloat on the water or just revel in exploring these quiet back waters. Booking deposit: £150/$300 the remaining balance is due ten weeks prior to reservation.
Refundable security deposit of £200/$350/E300.
ELECTRIC Pool heat, using the latest heat pump technology is recommended for the winter months of October to April.
It is charged at the reasonable rate of £60/$90 per week.
Rates are fully inclusive utilities, digital plus cable T.V., telephone calls, pre-arrival preparation & departure cleaning.

General
Whispering Palms villa is now available for you and is situated in the desirable and highly sought after deed restricted community of [Rotonda West].
Rotonda is primarily a residential area, it is both quiet and peaceful but is still within reach of the many attractions that Florida is famous for.
With something for everyone from the young to old.
The children's playground in the centre of Rotonda, with swings & slides, next to it are the tennis courts. Feeling energetic why not follow the bike trails which meander through Rotonda.
Dolphins play happily in the shallows off the many beaches which skirt this spectacular coastline. Manasota beach in the early morning often sees the Dolphins heading south to the sound by Gasparilla Island, a good hunting spot for fish.
For the golfer there are numerous courses in the area including five on Rotonda & these are The Links, The Palms and The Hills forming the Rotonda Golf and Country Club. Long Marsh part of the Lemon Bay Golf Club and Pinemoor West Golf Club. The new Pine valley golf course is now open and awaits your swing.
