Swimming Pool
Own private pool with Florida glass for added privacy overlooking the golf course. Covered lanai (which can be lit in the evening) for outdoor entertaining Patio table and four chairs, plus loungers BBQ provided.
A pool safety fence is provided for when children are present.
Lounge / Great Room
Large spacious room with comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment for when 'parked out' including digital cable television, Playstation 2, multi channel DVD, CD, radio, games and books suitable for all ages.
Kitchen
Everything you would expect in your own kitchen! Fully equipped with all major appliances, plus coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. Unbreakable crockery and glassware are provided for the pool area.
En-Suite
There are 2 en suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 - en suite also has a door leading to the pool area, large double shower, wc and basin with vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 - en suite has bath with shower over, wc, and basin with vanity unit.
Bedroom1
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, clock/radio, television, walk in closet with safe. Patio doors lead direct to lanai and pool area.
Bedroom 2
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, clock/radio, television and plentry of storage.
Bedroom 3
Twin bedded room with television and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 4
Twin bedded room with television and plenty of storage space.
Family Bathroom
This is the 3rd bathroom and has bath with shower over, wc and basin with vanity unit. There is also a linen cupboard with large selection of towels including pool towels.
Games Room
Games include, air hockey, foosball table and electronic darts board.
Baby Facilities
We provide a high/low chair, stroller and travel cot/playpen for our youngest guests.
Garage
Double garage which also has the large games which can be moved to one side so it can still be used to park a car out of the hot sun. There is also a large washing machine and tumble drier.
Local Amenities
On site facilities inlcude clubhouse bar and restaurant (children welcome), pro shop, children's adventure playground, tennis courts, community swimming pool, gym and library. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (immediately outside the community gates).

Low season - £475 ($800)
Mid season - £525 ($900)
High season - £575 ($990)
Pool heating optional £13 ($20) per night.
