We have worked hard to ensure that Villa Santa Cruz offers you a luxurious and comfortable home from home in which to enjoy your Florida vacation. With all the little touches and upgrades that make for a memorable stay for the whole family.
Swimming Pool
Our private swimming pool is great for the whole family. With views over the lake to the rear and screening to the sides, privacy is assured. A shallow waterfall area makes a great play area for children while the adults can relax on the built in seating area. Shallow steps make for easy pool access, assisted by the sturdy hand rail - perfect for older family members.
For evening use the deck is floodlit while the pool offers gently color changing lights.
The lanai and deck offer stunning lake views while relaxing on the comfortable loungers or dining al fresco using the electric barbecue provided.
Why not enjoy a wonderful jacuzzi experience after a long day at the parks? Our luxury hot tub offers of 20 jets of relaxing massage and can hold up to 5 people.
Lounge / Great Room
Family room offers easy comfort
with a 40" Plasma Cable TV, DVD Player and CD Player for entertainment. The double height ceiling and galleried landing give a spacious feel with sliding doors giving access to the pool area. Tiled floors keep everything cool with woollen rugs giving a cosy feel to the Family room.
Entertainment
Even Florida gets the odd rainy day, and what better way to spend it than at Villa Santa Cruz. Play a game of pool in the games room, or what about a DVD from our extensive library of films. Childrens games are provided to keep the kids entertained, while teens and dads may enjoy a game on the Playstation. We've even provided a Poker table and chips for the gamblers in the family! All our bedrooms also offer cable TV, meaning nobody has to fight for the remote! Free telephone calls plus high speed wireless internet make it easy to keep in touch with home or browsing the web!
Kitchen
Our fully equipped Kitchen was extensively refurbished in August 2010 and makes preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal easy! Everything you need is here, plus plenty of crockery and utensils and if you don't fancy cooking there are many local takeaway restaurants, with menus on our kitchen notice board. Convenient Dining is provided at the Breakfast Bar and also in the adjacent Dining Room which seats six and has lake views.
Master Suite
Two luxurious Master Suites -
the first is on the ground floor and has a Queen Bed and private access to the lanai, spa and pool area. Both Master Suites have large en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers, deep Roman tubs and his 'n' hers vanities.
Master Suite
The second master suite is upstairs and boasts and King Bed and private lakeview Balcony - a perfect retreat for some peace and privacy. Again with that huge en-suite bathroom and also a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3
This queen bedroom is perfect for additional adults or older children and shares a bathroom with the children's bedroom. Tranquil conservation views to the front.
Bedroom 4
Children are well catered for with their own 'Scooby Doo' themed bedroom, offering books, games and Cable TV/DVD Player.
Bedroom 5
A more sophisticated Twin bedroom for the older child or teenager. Again with cable TV and conservation views.
Games Room
Air Conditioned Games room - A separate area for gaming with Playstation 2 plus a host of games. A Pool Table with interchangeable Table Tennis and separate Air Hockey Table. With Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning for more comfortable play.
Local Amenities
Sunset Lakes offers a community swimming pool and children's 'Tot Lot' play area, and located just 4 miles from Disney World gives easy access to all the thrills and magic of Disney. Seaworld and Universal are also easy to reach, just 20/25 minutes away. For adventures further afield why not take a trip to the beach - both the gulf coast and atlantic coasts are less than two hours away, along with the fascinating Kennedy Space Center. Closer to home, Sunset Lakes is located just a mile from the famous Highway 192 and the Formosa Gardens shopping area, with many gift stores, outlet shops and restaurants, including TGI Fridays, Outback, Carabbas, Wing House, China Buffet and Houlihans. For the bargain hunter the Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, Premium Outlet Mall, Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall and Prime Outlets are all an easy drive.

Prices Info
Our home is fully licensed and insured. All our rates include all local and state taxes. Hot tub heating is also included.
Additional charge may be made for swimming pool heating, although this is generally not required during the summer months.
We regret that we cannot allow smoking or pets in our home.
