Orlando Villa Overview
Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the resort of Terra Verde. As you can see from the photos this is a villa in an excellent location that is very proud of its feedback from clients which you can see from the testimonials below.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool that this villas holds is a beautiful example of how a swimming pool can be with the upgraded poolside, which apart from being beautiful is alsogreat for avoiding a slippy floor. As you can see the villa back on to the lake area and offers a peaceful relaxing zone to recover from the busy days.
Lounge / Great Room
Our living area is a great space as part of the open plan lower floor and with the fine touches of an LCD tv and stereo available it makes this is a spacious and airy area. This is important as it means air circulation is great and so the villa will stay cool on those hot summer days.
Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen so that if you should feel the need you are able to make a family meal. We also have a utility area with large washing machine and tumble dryer so that no matter how dirty the children get running aroung the parks they can all be cleaned up at end of the day
Bedroom1
The 4 bedrooms are broken down into 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin as our experience has shown us that this is the most popular design. With these 4 bedrooms we are able to offer the accommodation for up to 8 people easily

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children under 12) have just returned from 19 nights in the villa in September 09. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. Shirley and Robert clearly have the comfort and needs of their guests in mind when providing a clean, well maintained home-away-from-home. Their contact, help and advice before, during and after our stay was amazing and greatly appreciated. Everything we needed (including tape and scissors!) was available in the villa. The location is brilliant - an easy drive to Disney, Universal, shopping, Kennedy Space, etc.. The Terra Verde Resort and its staff were also fantastic and enhanced our stay even more. The rate and facilities are excellent, and on many occasions we would sit in the luxury of "our" home and wonder why anyone would stay on site at a Disney property. I cannot speak more highly of our experience. Thank you again Shirley for helping make memories for a lifetime.

We rented this villa for 2 weeks in july, we all had a fantastic time. The villa is very spacious and spotlessly clean.
Terra Verde is a great location just outside the hustle and bustle of disney and only 5 mins away in the car.
