Orlando Villa Overview
This executive Florida villa features state-of-the-art living, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, swimming pool, and themed children's twin room. Set in an up and coming resort area, South of Disney, it backs onto a natural lakeside and conservation area. We are only 10 minutes South of Disney World.
Our Florida family home, built on a premium lot, is one of the largest in the Sanctuary subdivision of the West Haven development in the ChampionsGate area, South of Disney in Orlando. It is currently the closest residential community to Greg Norman's ChampionsGate Golf Resort, with its 36-hole award winning course, making it a much sought after location. The major theme parks are easily accessible. The large extended poolside offers complete privacy and is surrounded by side fencing, tropical planting, overlooking a natural lake and beyond to the forest. The luxury patio furniture together with the gas barbeque are ideal for alfresco dining.
Swimming Pool
Private pool with privacy fencing on either side. Overlooks conservation lake, with views. Our pool has coloured lighting so that you can choose the colour that you would like to swim in.
The pool is a leisure pool, for families, and not the traditional rectangular lap pool. There is an in-ground spa which can be set to receive hot water up to 90 degrees.
Garden
Large back lot extends down to the conservation lake. There is a large grassed common area behind the house to play frisbee or football

Our Master Suite runs from the front to the back of the house, and includes a large sun-deck over the lanai for winter sun-bathing.

Had a wonderful stay in your home, I can't believe two weeks are up so soon. This is the 7th time we have been to Orlando since 2001 and although we have stayed in some lovely homes 636 Balmoral Drive is up there with the best of them. We had no problems whatsoever but I think for those who don't know the area you could highlight the convenience of all Champions gate has to offer. I.E. Publixs, Wallgreens, McDonalds, video hire, pizza and chinese delivery. The close proximety is a bonus. Golfers would also be keen to know you are so close to the 2 courses at Champions gate. I played both and the twilight price of $35 a round is very reasonable for quality courses like these. Electronic door entry, free international calls, high speed internet access, watching movies on a 37 inch plasma TV while listening to the sound via the Bose system are all worth highlighting. It is obvious that you and your wife have upgraded your villa with thought. The kitchen in particular is lovely but the whole theme throughout the villa has been done with taste. I would stay again at any time.

First of all I would like to say we were incredibly impressed with your villa. You are indeed very lucky. It is absolutlely top class and I don't know how much work had to be completed on the recent repairs but you could not tell work had been taking place. We did leave some comments in your guestbook, all praise. We are not yet sure of our holiday plans for this year but should we decide to go back to Florida we will DEFINITELY go back to stay on Champions Gate in your holiday home. Words really cannot express enough how much of a fantastic we had and how wonderful it was to be in your villa. We have raved and raved about it since returning home and we actually do have some friends who would be very interested in staying at your villa after all we have said.

The holiday was a great success and your home lived up to the expectation given by the brochure. The views from the pool over the gardens and lake in the morning are breathtaking and the ability to relax, out of direct sun, in the evening by the pool is wonderful after a hard day in the theme parks. I would definitely consider saying again next time we visit Florida and will certainly recommend your home to friends and colleagues who are considering Florida for a holiday.
