Turn your dreams into reality in our Luxury Holiday Villa just a short distance from the Orlando theme parks.
This is our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa in Kissimmee, Florida. Conveniently situated just a short ten minute drive away from Disney World and all the other major theme parks that surround the Orlando area of Florida. What's more, we are less than a mile from the exciting "Highway 192", where you'll find all the shopping and restaurants you will need on your dream holiday in the 'Sunshine State' of America, with Medieval Times and Wal-Mart within walking distance!
Florida is still the most popular holiday destination and Kissimmee is the ideal location for all the popular delights it has to offer. With the 'Space Coast' just an hour's drive to the east and Tampa, (Busch Gardens), just an hour in the opposite direction. For the more adventurous, Miami is a straight drive down Interstate 95 about 4 hours away on the east coast and the picturesque Clearwater beach just a little further to the west of Tampa.
Swimming Pool
A large fully screened and heated swimming pool - All to yourself! All the patio furniture you will need. Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool area in the evening.
Sunshine is almost guaranteed in Florida, so make the most of it here at our swimming pool.For additional privacy, there is a wooded fence surrounding the pool area. The private entrance to the Pool Deck from the Master Suite Bathroom is another nice feature!
Lounge / Great Room
Once inside, this is what greets you! An inviting lounge/living room, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar, very spacious and light. To the left are the two guest bedrooms with shared bathroom and on the far right to the left of the dining area is the Master Suite and ensuite bath. The rear patio sliding door overlooks the swimming pool and deck area ..........................The spacious open floor lounge (Living Room) has two, large couches/settees, coffee and end tables, currently a large Flat Screen HDTV (picture not yet updated) with cable television. Also, an DVD/VHS Player and WiFi, wireless high-speed internet access provided at no extra charge! This room has Patio Doors looking out on to the swimming pool and decking area. ......................................
To the left are the two guest bedrooms with shared bathroom and on the far right to the left of the dining area is the Master Suite and bath. The rear patio sliding door overlooks the swimming pool and deck area.
Kitchen
To the right of the lounge is the breakfast counter with stools and a full kitchen.
The kitchen has all the modern amenities: Dishwasher; Refrigerator/Freezer; Toaster; Microwave Oven; Juice Extractor, Waste Disposal System, both Electric Tea Pot and Coffee Maker. In the cupboards are all the utensils, pots & pans and crockery you will need.

The door in the kitchen accesses the Utility Room. It contains the utility furniture consisting of: a full size washing machine, a full dryer, an ironing board, iron, air conditioning, and water heating systems. Also, found here is the Outdoor umbrella/parasol, Lounge and Chair Cushions. Colorful Plasticware for outside is located in the Kitchen Pantry for your eating pleasure.
....................................................................................................................To the left of the kitchen, is the dining area. It has a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people.
Master Suite
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dressing table and bedside cabinets and a large walk-in closet containing all your linen requirements. There is also a remote control cable television. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool decking area. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite
This is the master bedroom's en-suite bathroom. Very spacious and luxurious with twin vanity units, full bath tub and toilet, With door access direcly to the pool area.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. It has a dressing table/bureau and bedside tables with cable television and a large spacious closet.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom at Mickey's Retreat has an adorable "Mickey" themed room for kids of all ages. It has two twin beds, tall dresser/bureau, center table with drawers and a large spacious closet! For the little ones, there are plenty of plushes and toys in the closet for them to enjoy during their stay!
Family Bathroom
The second bathroom is the "guest" bathroom and is also shared by the second and third bedrooms, has a vanity unit, toilet and a shower.
Games Room
For your enjoyment, the closet by the entrance door has over 100 DVD's, VHS Tapes, and Books for your entertainment while staying at our Holiday Villa. There are also family board games, PS2, and playing cards located in the kitchen pantry.There is even a Karaoke machine for your pleasure!
Baby Facilities
There is 1x baby booster seat (car seat), 1x baby cot/portable crib, 1x crib, 1x inflatable bed, 1x baby carriage/buggy/stroller, 1x High Chair available to reserve before your arrival.

Overall impression - excellent location. All we needed! I really appreciated all the food you left for us, it really saved my baby's life! He was so hungry - when we arrived at the villa prepared it to him and he was happy again! We then went shopping to the supermarket to buy for the rest of our holiday food etc. Thanks for this starter package! Beautiful villa & Great Service!

Thank you for letting us book your lovely villa.. It was everything that we wanted.. Close to Disney.. Close to shops and restaurants and very close to wall-mart, yet is such a quite area.
