As a father of 2 small children one thing that is slightly daunting about going to Florida is the planning and the amoung of stuff that you have to take with you. My kids are nearly 2 and 5, the 5 year old thank fully in now pretty much a child and so travelling and everything else is much easier, but not the case for the younger ones.
Therefore we have now created a list of Florida Villas that have advertised that they offer baby facilities specifically. These typically mean that they offer a highchair, cot and stroller (pushchair). When travelling I know plenty of people that would take a travel cot and a push chair, and although the airport might be a bit more hard work it would be nice not to have to take a push chair, and as for taking a cot!!!!! I think for people travelling with small children this should be really helpful and so please have a look and see what a help it can be.

When we first went to Florida to buy a 4 bedroom rental home we stood on a load of sand and the only clue to what was to come was a road – later to become Legacy Park Boulevard and a few dump trucks, however the location just off Highway 27 and closer to Disney than previous developments was perfect.
