Moorgate Villa, Highgate Park Florida

When we first went to Florida to buy a 4 bedroom rental home we stood on a load of sand and the only clue to what was to come was a road – later to become Legacy Park Boulevard and a few dump trucks, however the location just off Highway 27 and closer to Disney than previous developments was perfect. We walked round a show home and it just felt “right”. A great layout for all sorts of groups, whether family or friends. So began the adventure of home ownership in a foreign country.

As well as all the usual things associated with owning a home we had to find the prefect team to look after our home for us – after a few hiccups we think we have the best management company – they have been in business for a long time and they are always there for either guests or us. Welcome to this four bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with it’s own Private Heated Swimming Pool which can easily sleep up to eight people inb the estate area of Highlands Reserve.

This private florida villa is just a 15 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and in close proximity to all major attractions as it is situated on Highway 27 close to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course

Come and chill out and enjoy our 24 ft x 12 ft fully meshed screened swimming pool which keeps out all the bugs but still allows you to top up your tan while relaxing. There is also a lanai and ceiling fan over the decking area if you need some shade or just to cool off.

Along side the pool you will find 4 padded sun loungers, a patio table with 4 chairs, for that al-fresco dining, whilst also maybe even enjoying a night time swim in this perfect setting.

Plenty of fun can be had in our fabulous games room which will suit all ages, and includes a pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts board for all to enjoy.
