Some are more obvious than others I think personally and my wife I am sure may come up with a few different but as people that love going to Florida and also love staying in Florida when we are there

1. Routine – It is like staying in your own home except better. The thing that works the most for me is that you get to keep your own routines and space. The last time especially that we went to Florida with the 3 generation Florida holiday it was perfect as it meant that when we got home with a small boy that needed to sleep he could still continue having his normal bedtime routine with dinner bath and bed and so there were no problems with his sleeping.
2. Swimming Pool – Not much needs explaining about this one! I accept that hotels have swimming pools as well and that they are enormous however they also have a hundred other people in them as well. Pool Heating

Pool heating is by far the most common extra that will be offered when you come to book your villa and depending on time of year is the destinction of whether or not it is a good idea. Travelling in the summer months will typically mean there is no need for pool heating, with the sunshine and humidity giving you a lovely 30-40 degree temperature then the heated water is not needed. Along comes September and then it is worth thinking about as the temperature overnight especially drop enough that if you are looking to use the pool at the villa more often then you need to think it is a good idea. Staying in a Florida Villa gives you great control over your holiday as it offers you the flexibility and control to decide what you want to do with your time.

Some see the food part of a holiday in a villa a plus or minus. On the plus side when you want a snack you go to the cupboard or fridge and get one, then go and sit by the pool!
