Busch Gardens – A Place of Wonderful Memories

Busch Gardens Congo River Rapids Busch Gardens   A Place of Wonderful MemoriesBusch Gardens is a bit further away from the main Disney Parks but I would strongly advise the extra half an hours or so journey in the car as this park has it all and holds some fantastic memories from each of the times I have been there.

Sea World – My Favourite Park in Florida

The first couple of times I went to Florida I didn’t go to Sea World. I had the preconception that there would be nothing interesting there compared to the Disney World parks. The first time I did decide to visit was with my Boyfriend on our first solo visit to Florida. The first impression I got was that it is much calmer than the Disney parks. There is a lovely water feature at the entrance which in itself is a lot more understated.

Florida Wildlife – Its All Around

florida gecko 300x200 Florida Wildlife   Its All AroundOne of the fun things about Florida that people I think often do not think about is that it is a subtropical climate and this therefore means that we get some pretty cool animals about. Now there are a nice selection of some scary ones but they want to stay away from you in the same way that you want them to stay away. Some of the proper historical animals and beasts are out there and living in relative harmony with the people that live in Florida but there are a number of places where you can go and make the most of the animals. the screamingly obvious ones going down to the Everglades where we can all relive the romantic idea of climbing on an air boat with “Gentle Ben” and go charging off to see what animals you could see.
